The Motel Property: Rooms, Pool & Parking are for the use of Registered Guests Only.


Reservations & Deposits

One night's deposit is required for all reservations.
Balance is due upon arrival.
All reservations on Weekends & Holidays in July & August require a Two Night Minimum stay. *Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday excluding Holidays) only require a One Night Stay.
All reservations for Holiday Weekends require a Three Night Minimum stay.
Reservations may not be shortened after arrival.


Cancellation Policy

$20.00 fee on ALL cancellations.
One night deposit will be forefeited unless notice of cancellation is received Seven Days Prior to your reservation arrival date


Payment

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
We accept Traveler's Checks & Money Orders.
Personal Checks are accepted for Advance Reservations only. We DO NOT accept personal checks at the time of check in.
